Line 6 cups of a muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
In a heavy bottomed saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, heat oil and popcorn over medium-high heat, shaking pan to keep kernels moving. Cook until popping has almost stopped, about 3 to 4 min. Remove from heat and lift lid from pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate is just melted.
Fill each paper cup with 1/2 cup popcorn. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of melted chocolate and enjoy.
