Campbell’s® Easy Cauliflower Gratin

Makes 6 Servings
Prep Time: 15 min. | Cook Time: 60 min.

What You Need:

1 can (10½ ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 5 cups)
1 cup finely grated Emmenthaler cheese (about 4 oz.)
¼ cup cooked crumbled bacon

Make It:

  1. Heat the oven to 350°. Spray a 2-qt. casserole with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, garlic, cauliflower and half the cheese in the casserole. Sprinkle with the bacon and remaining cheese. 

  3. Bake for 50 min. or until the cauliflower is tender.
