Latin-­Style Street Vendor Corn on the Cob

Makes 6 Servings

What You Need:

6 ears Corn, husked, steamed
¼ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Daisy Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh Cilantro OR 1 Tbsp. dried cilantro
2 Tbsp. Frank’s Original Hot Sauce
Juice of 1 Tropicana Lime
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
¼ tsp. McCormick Dark Chili Powder
2 oz. BelGioioso Parmesan, finely grated (about ½ cup)

Make It:

  1. While corn steams, combine all ingredients except cheese in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange hot corn on a serving platter and drizzle with mayonnaise mixture, turning to coat.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan over corn and serve immediately.
