Sunshine Salad

Makes 8 Servings

What You Need:

2 (4 oz.) pkg. Fresh Express Organic Baby Arugula
2 cups Yellow Naturesweet Sunburst Tomatoes, halved
2 cups Pre-cut Cantaloupe (cut any pieces not bite-sized)
2 oz. Olympia Sheep’s Milk Feta, crumbled (½ cup)
½ cup KEN’S Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Make It:

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  2. Divide between 8 salad bowls and serve immediately.
