Roasted Baby Potatoes
What You Need:
2 lb. Medley Potatoes, quartered
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
Garlic & Sea Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 450°. In large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary and generous grinds of garlic & sea salt.
- Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
