Grilled Buffalo-Style Burger
What You Need:
11/2 lb. NatureSource Natural 85% Lean Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. FRANK’S RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 Tbsp. Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing
6 Wellsley Farms Hamburger Rolls
6 Foxy Iceburg Lettuce Leaves
6 slices Roma Tomato
6 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Preheat grill on medium-high or light coals. In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, hot sauce and salad dressing. Shape into 6, ¼-lb. patties.
- Place patties on oiled grate and cook until 145˚ in center, about 5 min. per side.
- To serve, arrange burgers on rolls and top with lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese and more hot sauce (if desired).
