Wild Sockeye Salmon
What You Need:
⅓ cup Blueberries, defrosted
⅓ cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp. ground Garlic & Sea Salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb. Sockeye Salmon, defrosted
- Preheat grill or broiler. Blend all ingredients except salmon in small bowl. Reserve half of sauce for serving. Brush remainder over salmon, coating fish thoroughly.
- Cook fish 3 to 5 minutes per side until it registers 145° on meat thermometer.
- Spoon reserved sauce over fillets and serve immediately.
