Lemon Garden Shrimp
What You Need:
1 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! ® Spread
1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Chicken Flavor
6 oz. green beans, cut into bite-size pieces (about 2 cups)
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Melt remaining Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp, stirring frequently, until it turns pink and curls, about 3 min. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Add Knorr® Rice Sides™ to skillet and prepare per package directions. Stir in green beans and red pepper during last 5 min. of cooking time.
- Return shrimp to pan. Add lemon juice, stir and serve immediately.
