Spinach Cheddar Chicken Sausage
What You Need:
3 (9 oz.) pkgs. Spinach Cheddar Chicken Sausage, links cut into 6 pieces
1 each Red, Yellow, Orange Bell Peppers, cut into ½ strips
2 large Sweet Onions, cut into ½ wedges (approx. 1½ lb.)
2 lb. small Zucchini, cut into ½ pieces
12, 10 skewers
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 15 minutes before assembling.
- Preheat grill on medium.
- To assemble kebobs, alternate sausage, each color pepper, onion and zucchini on each skewer. Repeat until skewers are full.
- Place skewers on grill, close cover and cook 5 min. Turn and continue cooking until sausage is heated thru and vegetables are tender, approx. 5 minutes more.
